Imagine the utopia in which we all get adequate sleep, stay properly hydrated, and eat our fair share of vegetables. Sounds like pie in the sky, rainbows and unicorns, am I right? If staying healthy was that simple and consistent, we wouldn’t need to supplement or bolster our nutritional practices. Unfortunately for us, real life and everyday responsibilities arise routinely, and it’s just not that easy.
